In May 2022, Three Six Zero acquired the property and initiated a substantial refurbishment, converting it into a vibrant creative hub that features state-of-the-art recording studios and office spaces, all while maintaining its operations as a commercial studio. Today, Three Six Zero Studios stands at the forefront of modern pop music, serving as a creative home for exceptional talent and innovative sounds.
